Using the site and the CLI

The OpenAPI2Code playground and the OpenAPI2Code command-line tool are provided to you free of charge, for use in generating code from OpenAPI and Swagger specifications you have the right to use. By using either, you agree to these terms.

Your specs, your code

We claim no ownership over the specifications you provide or the code this tool generates from them. As described in our privacy policy, the playground never transmits your spec or its output anywhere — the conversion happens entirely in your browser.

No warranty

This tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Generated code is a mechanical translation of the spec you provide — review it before relying on it, especially for specs with unusual or non-standard shapes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this tool, including but not limited to damages resulting from incorrect or unexpected generated code.

Acceptable use

Don't use this tool to process specifications you don't have the right to use, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the systems hosting this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the tool changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
